In the 13 Nov 2019 Federal Express Entry draw for immigration to Canada, 3,600 applicants will be allotted an Invitations to Apply (ITA). This draw is accessible to applicants in all Express Entry linked programs. In this draw, the cut-off Comprehensive Ranking System (C.R.S) score threshold was 472 points.
In the previous 129th Express Entry Draw, which happened on 30 October 2019, the CRS cut-off was 475 points score.
The tie-breaking rule was used for the 13 November Express Entry Draw, implying that not all applicants with 472 points score will get an I.T.A. As there are several candidates who have secured 472 points score, but invitations will be given to those who provided their profile to the Canadian Express Entry pool prior to 8 October 2019 at 10:46:01 UTC will be prioritized.
The CRS cut-off score increased in October month following a break-in all-program draws. In the 30 October draw, the CRS cut-off touched a record high at 475 points score. While the CRS cut-off score has still decreased in the 13 November draw, the cut-off is still being influenced by that break in all-program draws.
With a greater period crossing within draws, more aspirants have the possibility to access the Express Entry pool and to improve their CRS scores. This happens in a tremendous number of competitive profiles, consequently making the CRS cut-off score upward.
Generally, the CRS cut-off score increases quickly following a gap within all-program draws, so cut-off will likely continue to drop in future draws.
As of 8 November 2019, there was nearly a sum of 132,521 aspirants in the Federal Express Entry pool.
