One year before, the government of Quebec launched Arrima as its new immigration appeal system for controlling Quebec skilled worker applications. Quickly following the Arrima announcement, a provincial election in the Quebec province had the province agreeing to decrease immigration levels by 20 percent, and no draws were carried out using the portal.
Aspirants interested in Quebec immigration by the QSWP can present an Expression of Interest utilizing the Arrima portal. Those who obtain an invitation can then appeal for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ), qualified applicants can apply for Canada PR.
